CANCELLATION POLICY

When we have your appointment in place, understand that we are reserving time for you to give you the best service. Furthermore, when you cancel/reschedule last minute, you are taking a spot from someone else who has been trying to get in.

We understand that things happen! We give a one-time grace incident per calendar year. The policy signed at your first appointment states to provide 24 hours notice for canceling appointments. There is an automatic fee for no-shows. If you are running late, anything past 10 minutes is an automatic no-show. 

​

After your one-time grace incident, you will be charged 50% of the service booked (up to $50 maximum).

PLEASE NOTE:

Each form only needs to be filled out once for each client.

​

If you are scheduled for your first Eyelash Extension appointment, then you will need to fill out the

Eyelash Extension Form.

​

If you are scheduled for your first Facial, Skin Treatment, Body Contouring Session, Lash Lift, Eyebrow Tint, Wax, etc., then you will need to fill out the Initial Consultation Form.

​

If you are scheduled for your first Chemical Peel or Enzyme Treatment, then you will need to fill out the Chemical Peel Form.
